Are the Big Screen Video Stars Going Unrecognized?

This past weekend my husband and I went to see the movie Blade: Trinity. We were very much impressed. For me, the performances of Wesley Snipes and Ryan Reynolds were what made the movie fabulous. The development of character, so well portrayed that it made me feel as though I knew the characters and cared for what happened to them.

As the movie let out my husband was in the greater majority who was all excited over the special effects of the movie. Special effects are post production, video editing jobs. It was people whose names I didn't even bother to find out who made the vampires incinerate so believably, Blade, King and Abigail leap and fly so credibly.


To me, the measure of the quality of the video editing job that was done in Blade and so many of the movies that we watch today is that I underestimated the editing work that went into the movie.

Is Video Editing a Job or an Art?

Now here is the real debate I suppose but to me it is a non-issue. Those who can take their video editing school programs and use their skills and abilities so effectively as to draw me into a world that can never be, are to me artists of the highest caliber.

This venue of creative genius us just beginning to really come into its own. More and more movie goers have come to recognize these hidden artists and remain long after the rest have disbursed to see who did such a great video editing job.

How Can You Become a Video Editing Guru?

If you see your place more behind the scenes than out in the spot light then a video editing job may be your ticket to Hollywood. With video editing school you can learn to manipulate the video editing programs needed to make movie magic happen.

The recognition of this art form has already begun. Imagine the advantage you can give yourself by investing in video editing school training now, while the art form is still in its birthing stages. Who knows - one day it may be your name in lights!
